If you got downloaded the file very soon after it was made available, some of the installation files had the wrong name. A solution is to rename them to the correct names which you can check at Creative's download page.
A simpler solution may be to delete that install file and download a more recent version as the error should have been corrected. - Updated: November 1, 1999
