Right click on My Computer and choose Properties. Click on the Device Manager tab. Double click on Sound, Video, and Game Controllers to open that section up. Double click on Sound Blaster Pro Emulation and check the 'Disable in this hardware profile' box. Click OK, and reboot if prompted to.
