    21. JOYSTICK/MIDI: Can you use a MIDI daughtercard and the MS feedback sticks at the same time or will there be conflicts? - Top

    According to Microsoft, the feedback sticks either use the Midi I/O, game port or Serial cable. Depending on the MS controller driver selection, there may be a conflict on the MIDI I/O port. To avoid this problem use the serial cable provided by MS on request. BTW- Just about every sound card will have this same problem since the internal Midi connection is identical to the Gameport Midi connection. - Updated: November 29, 1999
