Spatializer Partners with Xing Labs to Develop Spatializer StreamFX to Provide Audio Enhancement for Xing Labs' Soft DVD Players

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., May 18 /- Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. announced today its Internet Initiative with the formation of spatializer.com(TM), a new business unit to develop and market, through e-commerce channels, Spatializer technology for streaming audio applications over the Internet. StreamFX was developed by Spatializer in collaboration with Xing Labs for their XingDVD player and will be available for download at leading audio web sites and portals within the next few weeks.

The new business unit, spatializer.com(TM), will develop plug-in applications for the consumer market utilizing Spatializer's acclaimed audio technologies for soft DVD players, WinAmp(TM) and other MP3 and other streaming audio standards. In later product roll-outs, spatializer.com plans to offer an entire suite of audio enhancement plug-ins designed for specific applications to be offered individually or in packages for download over the Internet. In addition, spatializer.com intends to offer plug-ins available over the Internet for professional and semi-pro applications, building upon its prominent position in the professional audio recording market with its PT3D(TM) sound imaging and enhancement technology, now available only through audio dealers. ``This is an exciting opportunity for us,'' commented Peter Birch, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. ``The development of Internet applications provides us with another growth vehicle where we can leverage our industry wide brand name.
