The CVA-1004 features a dedicated navigation input and is also XM Satellite Radio Ready, allowing for the easy addition of an Alpine XM tuner box. By adding Alpine's $300 KCE-104V expansion box, which allows for three A/V inputs (such as a DVD player, TV tuner and video game system) and two A/V outputs, drivers can use navigation in the front while controlling multi-monitor rear seat entertainment playback in the rear. The CVA-1004 also features the industry's first Digital Art Spectrum Analyzer, delivering cool visual effects across multiple monitors. The CVA-1004 and KCE-104V will be available in April.
