Global Agreement Will Provide Gracenote® CDDB® Music RecognitionServices to Samsung's New YEPP MP3 Digital Music Players and Upcoming MP3 Players |

Gracenote®, the worldwide leader in information services for digital music and media, today announced that Samsung, Korea's largest consumer electronics manufacturer, has signed an agreement to provide Gracenote CDDB® music recognition in over a million mp3 digital music players. This agreement provides access to Gracenote's industry standard music recognition service to global users of Samsung's new YEPP line of mp3 portable players, as well as upcoming mp3 models. As the world's largest and most utilized music database, CDDB® provides listeners with access to information relating to their music, enabling a more informed music listening experience for people around the globe.
