SLS International to Unveil New Line of Speakers At Audio Engineering Society Convention

-Company's Widely Acclaimed Technology to Receive Broad Exposure Through Grammy(R) Recording SoundTable Demonstrations

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SLS International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SITI) announced today that will demonstrate its new RLA/3 Ribbon Line Array Speaker System at the Audio Engineering Society Convention at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. The new line array will be featured for four days, beginning October 10th, at the company's booth #1058. The company's speaker systems will also be utilized in a Grammy SoundTable demonstration, where a panel of leading industry producers and sound engineers will discuss and answer questions about recent projects and play finished cuts (most in 5.1 Surround Sound) on SLS's S1266 Large Format, Midfield Studio Reference Monitors.

The RLA/3 Line Array System employs the company's ribbon-driver technology. Each module of the RLA/3 Ribbon Line Array contains a PRD500 Push-Pull Neodymium Ribbon drivers and one 6.5-inch high-powered woofer. SLS's planar ribbon driver has extremely high output that is evenly distributed over its entire radiating surface, presenting a coherent wave front that is ideal for sound energy transfer. Further, the SLS ribbon's unique geometry allows the speaker to create a virtually continuous line source when several RLA/3 modules are coupled vertically.

"We believe this convention, attended by many of the recording industry's leading audio engineers and producers, is the ideal forum to launch our new line of speakers," said John Gott, President of SLS International. "This convention, and other recent activities such as the expansion of our state-of- the-art facility, represents some of the initiatives we are taking to prepare for the international launch of our innovative products next year."
