Windows' default driver & MAYA EX5's exclusive Sensaura 3D driver
MAYA EX5 can use 2 alternative drivers.  These are a  Windows default driver and an exclusive Sensaura 3D driver.  From the very beginning, MAYA EX5 has a SENSAURA 3D 2003 algorithm, so it can accelerate a sound source faster with DirectSound 2D, Direct Sound 3D, API, A3D 1.0, EAX 1.0, EAX 2.0, MacroFX, EnvironmentFX, or MultiDrive. You may appreciate a perfect 3D sound source. This does mean the as same as the gaming sound of the PCI based cards, all sound sources can be accelerated. There is no acceleration engine in current USB devices, so Maya EX5 is the innovative USB device which is equipped with Sensaura 3D. Also, EX5 uses a HAL mode to access a sound file, so CPU usage rate is lower and it makes 3D-game possible to access easily. Most kinds of PC (Desktop, Notebook, slim, etc) can be adjustable for use with Maya EX5.

Independent 5.1 volume control and output
MAYA EX5 has an independent 5.1 volume controller for each speaker and woofer, if you have the multi-channel software (PowerDVD, WinDVD, etc), you may appreciate the audio sources (Dolby digital, AC3, DTS, Dolby ProLogic 2, etc) without any decoder.  DiVX, AC3/DTS file and WMA 5.1 is also possible to play in 5.1 channel.

Special equipment: Headphone AMP(60mW @32 ¥Ø)
MAYA EX5 has High-fidelity headphone and is equipped with the Headphone driver of Phillip's TDA1308 (60mW X2(320hm~1500hm), therefore, you can appreciate high quality sound. And, you don't need to take off speaker wire and slot into headphone jack like the current sound card. You can slot directly in headphone because it is designed by using alternative equipped jack (Headphone and Optical out).

Optical & Coaxial input/output for S/PDIF.
Since MAYA EX5 has Optical & Coaxial input/output for S/PDIF, much more application is adjusted as perfect digital sounding work station. This system is very compatible to connect a decoder, receiver. MD, DAT, Digital Amp, etc..
